A NEW YEAR & NEW PLANS!
A journey full of variety awaits you in Sweden. The country is sufficiently long to make air travel the best option when travelling between the major cities, from Malmö in the south to Umeå in the north, while there is the opportunity to travel by train between old mining towns in the north, or through classical railway hubs such as Hässleholm and Herrljunga. Cars can use the motorways, trunk routes or small roads that follow the coastline to small villages such as Mollösund, Fiskebäckskil and Ellös, all on the coast of Bohuslän. Or how about boat trips, cycle tours, draisine, canoeing or simply hiking along one on the many trails that the country offers. We often need accommodation for the night: a hostel, simple hotel, cabin for the whole family, or bed and breakfast. Much of this can be found here at Swedish Hostels in Association (SVIF). There are many variants on offer through the shifting of the natural world, the surroundings and the seasons. We offer hostel accommodation in Stockholm for a night or two, a hostel in the archipelago with a beautiful view of the sea or accommodation during a winter skiing trip. Everyone is welcome at SVIF. |
